If we do not live for this, then why do we exist? The opening words in the track Flow (Z-Wave) on this release. Flow (Z-Wave) is the highlight on this record and has somewhat of a cult-status. Released on the legendary Dutch ESP-label in 1992. In the early 90s, Techno in the Netherlands was on a pretty high level of quality with the ESP label, 100% Pure, Eevo Lute and artists like Orlando Voorn, Stefan Robbers and Dylan Hermelyn. Flow (Z-Wave) is an interesting track. Pretty standard percussion but the changing lead in this track is magnificent. Easy but very effective, haunting and agressive at the same time. Surrender is another highlight on this release, piano-melody combined with the typical early 90s bassloop and a female vocal repeating Let yourself go. Divine horsemen consists of a fat bassloop with some added filter-effects and some tribal chanting. Nothing really spectacular. Truly fantastic is similar to the divine horsemen but with the vocal Truly fantastic instead of the tribal chanting. This was an excellent release and remains one of the classics from the golden years!
