Notes
Eight cassettes, individually sleeved and numbered, with laminated covers and credits/notes on reverse. Each cassette is contained in a poly-lined white paper inner.All cassettes contained in a hinged heavyweight card presentation box. This has a linen-effect finish and is printed burgundy, cream & gold. The 7 'CSM' catalogued cassettes & tracks are listed in gold & black on inner lid. The 8th 'CSMF' cassette "Those Dance Band Hits" is described as a 'Sampler' of the 16 bands that appear on the first 6 cassettes.
The works have been compiled from EMI archives and 78rpm material on loan from collectors, with each track remastered by World Records (of Richmond, Surrey, UK).
The set also contains a 12"x12" cream & burgundy 6-page comprehensive guide to the personnel, recording dates and locations connected to the works. A 'World Records-EMI' guarantee slip is also included covering recording quality procedures.
