This EP is a typical Mr. Bird release. The original version of the title song is an easy hipity-hopity headbanger with beautiful keys and vocal samples. On the AA side you can hear a dubby, jazzy track called "Charity Dub" which has a bit spanish flavour. "Smokin Beats" is exactly the same as its title says. :) Slowdown beats with slightly cutted saxes, and keyboards. Very nice one. The only exception is the ON remix on side A. This track is a weird uptempo remix of the original song and it's a kind fusion of funk and minimal techno - like a swedish minimal track - but it works very well.
